"I got this hoping it would be decent..."
I got this hoping it would be decent, but it just feels kind of cheap. At first I thought it looked okay, and I guess it does the job in a basic way, but the quality really isn't great. Maybe I'm being picky, but I don't think it was worth the money.

"Returns were more hassle than I expected"
I had to deal with a return and a warranty question, and honestly... it was kind of a pain. The replies took a while, and when they did come through, they weren’t super clear. I did get it sorted in the end, but yeah, not really worth the hassle.

"Helpful site, but stock info was disappointing"
The site was easy enough to browse and it looked like they had the parts I needed, which was promising at first. But once I actually asked about them, everything I wanted turned out to be out of stock. The layout and selection seemed good, but it ended up feeling like a bit of a waste of time

"Fitment wasn’t even close??"
I ordered these parts because they were listed as fitting my car, but they didn’t line up at all. Like, how is that considered compatible?? I ended up wasting time dealing with the return, and I still didn’t get any real help. Frustrating overall, and I definitely won’t trust their fitment info again...

"Customer service was a joke"
Dealing with them was a lousy experience. I had one simple question, and somehow these clowns made it feel way harder than it needed to be. Nobody seemed interested in actually helping or giving me a straight answer.
Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me the customer service was weak, frustrating, and just not worth the headache. I wouldn’t bother using them again.

"Wrong Parts, Big Hassle"
I ordered the parts that were listed for my car, and I definitely double-checked everything on my end. The order was right, but what showed up in the box didn’t match at all. Now I’m stuck dealing with the back-and-forth to get it sorted, which is just a waste of time. Frustrating experience overall, and I’m not planning to order from iraceautosports.com again...
